-We often go off into tangents in my first period reading class. (Is it reading, language arts, lit, or even english… in all my classes i could never tell the difference. whatever.) -
You dont understand. This is a small class and alot of us are close. Even to our teacher. So its comfortable, and you can imagine how the conversations go.
-Dont take that in the wrong way. If our school had a debate team (which we dont, and that makes no sense at all) the whole class would be in it. We all enjoy to voice out opinions and get everyone on our side. So you can imagine how it is when we all have a different point of view on the subject.
-So, our current book is Romeo and Juliet. Yes, Shakesphere for high school kids!!! Like we can understand it.
-Our journal topic was something along the lines of:: Do you think Romeo and Juliet can last even though their families are feuding? And if they can do you think their realationship would be strong?
-Ok so my first response was to explain to everyone in the class that Romeo and Juliet should die because their stupid. Did you know that Juliet was 14. Yea…thats bad. People tried to say “Oh, but they lived shorter lives so our 14 year old is an equivelent to their 9 year old.” Whatever, I dont care. Thats still creepy to imagine. Okay so here are the concepts of Romeo and Juliet::
-They are 14 and 15 -The whole book took place over like a week
-They got married on the 3rd day
-And then, they died -
Once you get past all of the pretty language and stuff, this is basically a book of 2 teenage sluts. Who deserve to die.
-Romeo only met Juliet because he was trying to get over Rosaline. If by one look he can get over the socalled “Love of his life” cant he get over Juliet that easily.
-If she was kissing him after only 2 minutes of talking imagine what she would be doing with any other stranger.
-And I hate to think of what would happen when they would get old. haha
-Past all the pretty language and stuff, this book isnt much. Sorry.
-So I convinced close to everybody in the class that this book is a joke. Better called, Romeo and Juliet: A Tradgedy of Two Sluts

Ha. It's funny cuz it's true. Way to be a thinker. Alot of the people in those times were sluts, even Edgar Allen Poe's first wife (his cousin) was 12 when she married him.
they deserve to die. in jeannies opinon, everyone deserves to die. emo little child :D
anyways, she ruins EVERYTHING! she cant even accept the fact that the movie is gorgeous with leonardo dicaprio in it! GRR
