Did you know that most movie murder scenes in the 50s were created with chocolate syrup? Awesome. And delicious. Nothing like murder and a sundae (though some who know me, cough Annie, would agree that I would very much enjoy ice cream and gore).
So for broadcasting, we have to recreate this awesome murder. Its actually listed as #1 on the most scary movie murders list. We are recreating the shower scene from Psycho. We have to get al of the camera angles right and its gorgeous. There are over 70 frames we have to put into 3 minutes.
So, to help us with our project (or we are just easily entertained) we watched the movie today. Old movies are awesome, and old movies with murder are even more enjoyable.
The only thing that bugged me was the fact that it was in black-and-white. its not that there are no colors that annoy me. What’s really annoying is when I get all ocd-creative and start thinking about what the colors would be if the movie wasn’t black and white. so I stop focusing, and miss part of the movie. Same thing happens to me in action movies, I zone out and can never watch it fully. I had to watch Transformers like 3 times before i got the point.
So psycho=hilarious. I don’t want to spoil it but ill tell you that the effects are really bad. and many of the lines call for a prompt "that’s what she said" and all of the deaths were really entertaining. especially the facial expressions. Did you know that the lady who dies is really the lady from freaky Friday’s daughter? They do not look alike. at all.
Alfred Hitchcock is now my hero. I cant go to a motel again without thinking anything sketchy is going on.
And to Annie and Bernie and Manny and Tom and Gabe and whomever else was amused by my amusement; I don’t enjoy watching death. Yes, I do tend to have an irrationally grim point of view but death is unfortunate. But like Ms Garcia said about herself “I am an equal opportunity mocker. If you do something stupid, I will laugh.”. So yea that’s it. If I think the death is obscene and funny I wont hesitate to crack up. And maybe I’m a tad grim. But that’s why you love me! (that, and the fact that if you don’t agree with me, you wont get a burger)
I am so stoked for this. Were gonna shoot our scene and then have a pool party. Which might look weird if half of us are covered in chocolate syrup. But don’t get the wrong idea cause Mr. Diaz’s rules are: No nudity, and No knifes. Which ruins a lot of the fun.

would you care to join me for some sandwhiches and milk?
I recently had to present on Black Death. It’s actually super intriguing. Did you know where ring around the rosy came from? Black death!::
Ring around the rosy (the cheeks are rosy, the buboes (pock) appeared on the cheek which was the ring.
A pocketful of posies (there are 2 different answers to this. 1. Posies were said to prevent plague, so naturally they carried them around. 2. When the person would die of plague, they would put posies in their pockets so that nobody would touch them.
Ashes, Ashes (cremation became popular at this time. This was partially because you would have more dead bodies by the time you buried the first batch. Yes, people would die that fast
We all fall down (be creative, this means death.
--so in case you wondered why in every scary movie, there is always some little blond girl singing this very creepily with her friends, this is what makes it so creepy. Can you imagine children happily singing this while the message is gruesome? They would sing this so that people would know not to enter the town because they had the plague. Easier they hear it in a children’s song than to get the plague.
Another Black Death Inspired thing would be the Pied Piper.
So, yea there was this guy in Hamelin (the type of garment he wore was referred to as "pied" and the piper part is obvious) and he thought he knew how to get the plague infected rats to leave the city. For a price. The king and townspeople agreed, so he played his pipe and lured all of the infected rats into the river. They die. Yay! So, when he came back, they refused to pay him. This guy was super angry. So when all of the grown ups were at church for some feast, he got an idea. So he played his pipe and lured 110 of the town’s children into the river.
So, that’s pretty nice. Personally, I find this fascinating. Grown ups are cruel to children. Many of the fairytales are actually really scary. Like Little Red Riding Hood, think about it. I think we had some bell ringer on nursery stories with double meanings. Isn’t life sick?

dont you just adore a monday complication?
Today, school was normal. Well, at least as normal as a day for me can be. There’s something on my mind though. More of a crazy theory. So I didn’t want to write about this because I don’t think it is in the nature of all this (motions up and down). But there are no rules so ill go ahead.
In my second period class, I heard rumors about this new kid. His name was Damien. It wasn’t bad rumors, like he was a thug, or anything- but I heard stuff about how withdrawn he was. People were even experimenting with the fact that he could be scary. They didn’t know whether to classify him as a nerd, or someone to be intimidated by. So they stuck to making fun of him. I didn’t know what to think of it at the time, so I laughed along with them. But I could tell everyone who hadn’t seen him yet wished that they would have a class with him so they could get in on the conversation too. Come on, its highschool and we all want to be "in the know".
So I'm sitting in my geometry class and this guy walks in. Damien Grey. The principal was with him and walked up to my teacher. He started whispering something in her ear. The moment they do, the whole class goes crazy, like we always do when our teacher is preoccupied. Good times. Anyways, Damien stood at the door, kinda awkwardly. He sorta struck my interest because something about him seemed different, he let off this aura. I watched him hesitate and look for a place to sit.
At this point I was really hoping he wouldn’t sit next to me. Earlier this year, my "math partner", Gabi, got moved from sitting next to me. Something about how we distract each other. Lady, she’s my best friend, how can you not expect us to talk about our Spanish teacher’s hideous haircut? So ever since she was moved, I would lazily put my feet up on the chair next to me. One time, Bernie put his base at my seat which kinda ticked me off because I couldn’t put my feet up. So if I mentally shot a base for being in my seat, what makes anyone think I’d welcome a person?
But just my luck, the only open seat is next to me. He noticed that too and hesitantly started over. I felt kind of bad for the kid because everyone was looking at him. One guy, Charles even spit his gum at him. That was a really stupid move but I thought Charles deserved to pick on someone else, because he was the new kid before. Funny, kids are still that immature that they continue to use the "totem pole" method. I was there once, at the beginning of the year, I didn’t know anyone but Gabi. That quickly changed though because people here are surprisingly accepting of people like me.
So when he reached his new seat he asked if he could sit there. Stupid question skinny, cause I don’t think you can sit anywhere else. I just rolled my eyes and nodded. The principal was still in the room, seemingly enjoying his conversation with my teacher. I introduced myself, to be nice. He told me he was Damien (I already knew that, but I didn’t want him to think I cared that much to listen to the rumors). I asked him where he came from. Then, oddly, he replied "I'm not quite sure". I found that really weird.
Which made me think, why was this kid coming to our school for the last quarter? He must have really done something bad and got kicked out. But he sure didn’t look like it. He was just this gangly kid. My kid sister could have taken him down (if she was about 2 feet taller, but you get the analogy). But his eyes, there was something about them. They looked different. Not like they were wise, but more like he knew more than he should. They looked troubled.
And his arms, I don’t know if he is a recovering emo kid or something but he had this big slash on his right. I also noticed a few smaller ones. This school does not need anymore alleged emo kids. Either he is desperately calling out for attention or he got attacked by a few dogs.
I could tell he was really nervous about something. Cause he kept darting his eyes around the room. He would glance at everyone from left to right. Every few repetitions, he would focus on one person. And concentrate real hard. Like he was trying to read their thoughts. A few times, his veins started bulging. I didn’t want to think about it much, cause, what if he has a mental problem or something. Or some crazy eye condition.
I didn’t want him to think I was staring at him for the wrong reasons (I care way too much what other people think), so I told him what lesson we were working on. He had already learned trigonometry at whatever school he came from. He opened the book my teacher had given him and started to work. This kid is a genius or something. He didn’t need a scientific calculator, and I'm pretty sure he didn’t need to think either. He just did his work, as if by memory. So once again, I found myself watching him like an idiot. "Why are you starting at me?" he asked under his breath. It took me a moment to realize this question was directed to me and not the 3 on his paper. I dumbfoundedly answered, "You work really fast". He just glanced up at me and mumbled, "I do what I have to".
At which point my thoughts of him turned into a mixture of confusion, curiosity, and annoyance. What made him think he could come and talk to me like that? I have zero tolerance for people who answer back. And there is only enough room in that classroom and school for the sarcasm that comes out of my mouth. But its not even sarcasm he’s using, he is just being too mysterious. I wanted kind of wanted to forget about him, and focusing on passing the test next Wednesday. But I also wanted to know why he answered how he did. Why he was so vague. But he wasn’t vague, he was just confusing. I don’t know.
So this guy obviously wasn’t Mr. Personality, so I decided not to say anything else. The principal left, so our class was back to learning. Were still laughing about the SOHCAHTOA thing.
I forgot to mention, but when Charles spit his gum at him, something else happened. It was kinda vague, so I think I'm the only one who noticed. Damien turned around, really fast, almost reflexive. So reflexive, that it seemed like he turned around while the stride was still in the air. He just stood there and gazed. This was all happening to the side of me, so I couldn’t see what Damien was doing, but Charles freaked out. It was like they were holding this long stare. And Charles went pale.
So when class was over, Gabi took a long time packing up, as usual. So I was standing there, my gaze once again controlled by Damien Grey. He sighed, put his book in his worn black Jansport, studied his schedule, and walked out of the classroom.
When we got to the hallway I asked Gabe what she thought of him. She just laughed and answered, "Just another kid whose fun to talk about."She told me to pay attention to the weird stuff he does so that we can talk and laugh about it later. Oh yes, I will be paying attention.
Yea, so I saw this kid again in lunch. We were gonna sit with Jio and Karen and those people. Me, Diamond, and Jilly had just finished buying our pizza. We were walking to our round table and he caught my eye. So I continued to have fun at lunch with my friends. Close to the end, I noticed this ref that I know walk up to him. He was eating by himself. So Damien and the ref started talking to each other. They were in hearing distance but I couldn’t quite understand what they were saying due to my lack in every language but English. I’ve only taken up to Spanish 2. (Id assume they were speaking Spanish, cause this guy was a ref, but I cant be sure).
But I could tell that whatever the ref was saying was making Damien really mad. He did the staring thing again. This time I could see it. But I cant even begin to describe it, its like this deep stare. But why would this guy be doing that, its so geeky.
Maybe superpowers? Wouldn’t that be hysterical. Bringing even more quirkiness into this school. Maybe I just watch too much television. But wouldn’t that be awesome if he were Sylar’s cousin or something? I need to kick this Heroes obsession.
But seriously, what if this guy has some crazy powers? Is that even possible, have you ever considered that everyday people have abilities. Like that strange man at the Deli, or the lady at blockbuster. How much do we know about each other to be sure?
So the ref just walked away. It was so strange though.
Damien wasn’t in any of my other classes, but I did see him after school. He was walking a straight path to his car. I watched him get in and it drove away. I couldn’t help but feel this strange feeling of understanding toward him. Perhaps it was a bond. Perhaps I'm an idiot. He’s new. Vulnerable. But yet, he seems to have this higher level of thinking, like we mean nothing to him. Once again, it goes back to the eyes. They make me kind of scared, but I cant seem to stop noticing them from across hallways and stuff. He’s definitely interesting. And I want to find out why.
If you know him, don’t tell him that I wrote this. I hate to make people mad and I'm not sure how I want him to think of me just yet. As in, will we become friends, or will I just be a jerk like everyone else?
This all doubles back to confusion, sometimes we make ourselves see things to distract form what we really saw. As in, you saw a bird flying and not a plane going down. Sometimes we make things up when we become bored with life. Like, we swore we saw Paula Abdul at Publix. Sometimes we imagine things to suite our desires. Like mirages in the desert.
Which one does my perception of Damien Grey come from?

Life Lesson 22 (for real) and other related thoughts
"Girls do what they want. Boys do what they can"
In case you haven’t realized, through puberty and other such endeavors, that girls and guys are very different. The maturity levels for one. We are all so confused and young (naïve goes along with this). Life lesson 22 does basically come down to this: Girls may not always be right, but their never wrong. Girls only let guys think they are right.
We’ve had this discussion countless times with Ms. Garcia (not to mention the at length discussion with Annie and her in the library). Don’t fight it. "That’s the way things are, and the way they’ll always be"
Guys are into sports and looks. Girls are into romance and personality. These two clash. So eventually one side gives in, and pretends to be happy.
Each of the sexes, are manipulative and materialistic. "The boys are falling in love with the girls that don’t know what’s up" And vice versa. We go for looks and not personality. Which is our ultimate downfall, not to mention super unfair (but what can you do?). Girls and guys all think that they are correct, "She’s figured out all the boys like me", and we don’t get anywhere.
Except for the girls. "Because the boys are feeling jealous and it’s just doesn’t make any sense". Because ultimately the girls have all the power, the upper hand (you know exactly why). And we aren’t afraid to use it. "She’ll pick you up just to watch you fall".
TO BE CONTINUED…

re-blogged from applejuicepact
The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less. We buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom. We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often. We’ve learned how to make a living, but not a life. We’ve added years to life, not life to years.
We’ve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We’ve done larger things, but not better things. We’ve cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We’ve conquered the atom, but not our prejudice.
We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We’ve learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less. These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes.
These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom.

keep telling yourself that, maybe it will come true
Sometimes we all get this idea in our head. This identity that we all want to have. We try so hard to be good enough for ourselves that we keep pushing our standards. We are killing ourselves. Instead of realizing that we don’t need to think so hard.
Sometimes we care so much about what other people think that it takes over our actions. And we end up hurting ourselves even more. We can’t stop because we think were doing whats best but its not. And we think too much. We over analyze every person’s actions when we really shouldn’t worry. We really shouldn’t worry about the people who mean nothing to us, and should focus on the people already in our lives.
We can tell you every single detail of all the subjects that don’t matter. Because they are easier to focus on that our everyday lives.
And some of us need to be more sensitive to other people’s feelings. We don’t realize how much our actions affect other people. We don’t notice when we break anyone. We just continue to relentlessly use. We suck all of the hope as these people get sucked into our webs. And they can’t tell us how they feel. These people are scared. But they have to deal with it. Because we don’t care. About anyone but ourselves.
We never learn the truth in these situations because nobody tells us. Nobody thinks we will listen. They think we will pretend to care for a few seconds (days) but then as soon as the emotion came, it will leave.
You can’t stop if you don’t try, and you obviously aren’t. Because if you were trying things would be better. You need a better strategy. Because personally, I don’t think you care. About anything. Are you just tricking yourself into thinking you care? Or are you tricking us?
People need to learn to be more sensitive to other people’s feelings. Sometimes the things you do hurt people more than you realize. But they don’t let on.
The thought process is so complicated that we never can tell what people are thinking. Do you find yourself paranoid? “Everybody goes through this.” I keep repeating it to myself until it sounds partially true.
Everybody is unique and we all come off differently. Nobody has ever managed to please everyone. Nobody has ever had anyone on their side. We need to figure out whats important and go with that. Look at what we have, look at what we could have and be thankful.
We allow ourselves to give up. We appear to be “desensitized” when we are really emotional wrecks. We tell ourselves continually that we don’t care, when its all we can think about.
Some people will change, some people wont. But be aware of your surroundings and learn to “deal with it”. Nobody brought this upon you but yourself, you know it’s true. And don’t change; we know you well enough too see through it. If you are going to claim that you care what other people think, take their advice and don’t tell them that they are wrong because that is hypocritical.
It’s never easy to learn of your own flaws. But we all have to face them sometimes. We have no right to complain if we are not trying to make a difference. The only thing we have is hope.
We keep pushing and pushing for this perfection, but let me ask: what happens when we achieve our goal? Do we keep going? How many people did we hurt on the way there? Do we care? Did we hurt ourselves? You don’t care, you never have. All anyone did was try to help, but you couldn’t see.
Am I talking to myself?
Lose yourself in another identity, who knows: it could be your own. How much do people know of you to be able to distinguish between the two? Just be content. If you can’t change a situation, don’t try to.
I wish I could be there. But it’s impossible to help everyone at the same time. I can’t even help myself at this point.
All of these flaws, all of these mysteries, make people beautiful. “How can I love someone who doesn’t even love themselves” How can anyone?
Can you not sense the confusion. The split personality. We are indeed, broken.
We use, and manipulate just so we can take ourselves seriously. Secretly we think of each other as pathetic. The same way we think of ourselves. We count our wrongs when we should be counting the rights. We can’t take our own advice.
We know exactly how to make our situations better. But we don’t. We are scared. But are we scared to admit our flaws (out loud) or are we scared that it won’t work. We need to live in the moment to fix our mistakes. Otherwise we tear ourselves apart. A bruise for everytime the memory haunts you.
We put on these acts to fool ourselves into thinking we are truly happy. These are the times when we most feel ourselves. These are the times that we most regret. A spur of the moment decision can feel great at the moment, but in the long run it really hurts you. We wear our hearts on our sleeves, but they are not our “hearts”. They are the “hearts” of the personality that we see fits the moment.
Eventually everyone who cares gives up. We use them up so much, they feel there is nothing else they can do and they become bitter. We find ourselves ruining every good thing we have going for us. There are so many instances where we just want to give up, but we don’t. We trick ourselves into thinking it will get better. In the back of our heads we know it won’t. We just want to see how we will fail next.
We hurt ourselves for control.

A world full of needs
Overcome by desires
When you know your overthinking it
Flames for the fire
When you cant finish a sentence
Let alone complete a thought
You cant distinguish between
Whats real, and whats taught
Your a metaphor for disaster
The poster child for fray
You wanna cross the line
And go your own way
Theres always more to it
Too much on your mind
Cause you cant afford to either stay
Or leave them behind
Nothing going for you
Without a catch
Cuse you wont be satisfied
Youll just detach
You dont have much
Aside from me
But its too subtle
You didnt see
So now im gone
And there you still are
Hopefully this will suceed
You wont go too far
Im not getting lost
And you know it
Its all up to you
Do your best not to blow it
Cause we’re all people
And we think the same
Interpretation though,
Keeps the mind satisfied and tame

gabi is here with jeannie and she says hi :DDDDD
okay, im back, lol. so i read a poem for coffehouse yesterday and i guess ill just post it. any poem that i post i have already read at one show or another, so heres my first one:
it all starts to sound the same
and you dont like the result.
you wanna think your worlds perfect
but they keep screaming to you:
"its not".
you wanna be better off
but your watching your world fall down
its hard to plan
for this future you dont have.
feeling above everyone else
you can read their eyes
and predict their moves,
but why do you let them win?
you cant leave
cause it would just be repeating
this whole cycle.
dont do anything drastic
cause your mind changes easily.
just give it time
this worlds not a utopia.
they wont be the way you want:
these over-zealous actors
in the screenplay you call your life.
are they only there to watch?
so now i know when it all started
and the memories slip
as mind hurts body.
if you cant trust them,
who can you trust?
certainly not yourself.
youve been there before
and times are changing
slowly
and you cant escape.
watch as it all disappears.
but like a dream,
you cant move
you cant make a sound
only to make it worse
and you can feel it,
its almost over,
but whats next?
yea, so thats it. the show was a megaphail
and
"id give you my heart, but i need to find one first"

is it a bird, is it a plane. no, its underdog!
I think that talking animals should be left to Disney animation. Today, I sat down and watched Underdog, the last half hour at least. Why did I watch this movie in the first place? I guess when you’re sick and dizzy, you do a lot of out of mind things. This movie had no original plot. When I came (haha) into the room, it was like a spoof of Lady and the Tramp. With really bad rhyming. The dogs name was shoeshine. What kind of dog name is that. Usually people make fun of the fact that my poodle’s name is GiGi, but at least it’s not Shoeshine, that’s pathetic.
I really don’t understand the point of making these animal-oriented movies. Its way more work than necessary. If you want to make dogs talk, draw talking dogs. Don’t waste your time training a dog to open and close its mouth. That’s pathetic. That dog wont get anywhere in life (sorry, I had to include a really bad personification).
One a tangent- Watchmen. Yea, go ahead shiver a little. That proves another point, the advertising people get you all psyched up for the movie because of their super cool trailers. But when you show up the theatre, those scenes were the only good ones. One example (though I didn’t actually see the movie, I was told not to) would be Mallcop.
And the plots for these recent movies suck, everything is either a remake, or a spoof, or just a really bad movie. And animation (as I mentioned earlier) these days is horrible. The last good Disney movie (animated) was Finding Nemo, and that was how long? Like 8 years ago??? Don’t be smart and say Wall-E, because I wouldn’t watch that twice.
Especially in children’s movies, the special effects are getting more and more unrealistic.
But you can bet your backside I'm going to see Monster’s VS Aliens in 3-D. Yesss!!! Nothing is more entertaining that almost thinking you’re touching "Monsters" and "Aliens" and getting a headache from annoying 3-D glasses. That’s hardcore.
Just movies in general, need to be worked on. They need plots that are better than one that the average high school freshmen can come up with.

I have this weird problem. I'm scared of a common TV actor. I'm scared of Robin Williams. Ever since I watched License to Wed at Rachel’s house, I have been terrified of him. Reverend Frank gives me the creeps. I used to have nightmares, and shortly after that, I realized something; HES FRIGGIN EVERYWHERE!!! This was the biggest joke in 8th grade because it was so true. I (and everyone else) started noticing him in the randomest places.
We would silently whisper to each other that "Robin Williams is everywhere." In the middle of tests. We’d scream it across the hall at each other, yea we were idiots but we had so much fun with this.
He was in that movie, When Dreams May Come (or something like that) the one where his wife commits suicide after his death and he goes down to hell to save her. Yea, he has a little boy attitude. He may be cute for an old man, but there is something wrong in his head.
He also had a notable performance in Night at the Museum, as the guy on the horse. And who can forget Mrs. Doubtfire? I can, that stuff was creepy. The point is that you cant watch TV for long without coming across Robin Williams. And he is usually playing the weirdest characters. Which is why we got an idea.
We were gonna set him up with our Algebra teacher. That was insane. We really didn’t like her and I remember one morning when my friend Jason told her she should die. And we did die, but just of hysterics (she was old anyways, and I know some of you did that to Ms Greenberg). Everytime she was late and someone would ask where she was, wed answer "She’s with Robbie" we even wrote a "rap" about them.
Even during the summer, he lived on. I would always be at my mom’s office listening to slacker.com which is a free online radio that matches up the artist on your playlist to similar ones(awesome). So I developed an addiction to comedy over the summer and was introduced to awesome comedians. Like Demetri Martin, Mike Birbiglia, and Dane Cook. Well, I was listening one great morning and guess what starts playing? A Robin Williams track. I screamed, literally, cause I didn’t expect that.
But now he is on his deathbed (he is still there, right?) in a nearby hospital. And we say:: You had a great run , Robby Williamz, Ms Zuck will be with you shortly.

Green is the color of puke anyways
I don’t know if anyone was listening/ heard me when I told them about the Green School. Less commonly known as YYY1, yes that is pronounced "Triple Why One". Or my oldest and best friend, Kayla. Well, Kayla learned about the "Green School" at her high school, so did a lot of other schools, but not ours (we cant afford green). This is a newly built "eco-friendly" school. They were to use laptops instead of paper and all other kinds off good stuff.
The consular even set up her office in Kayla’s school because YY1 is too new for them to set up anything yet (something stupid like that, I don’t know). Kayla and her friend Mariana, went to the consular all the time to find out when acceptance letters would be set out. And every time they asked, they received a large smile and reassurance that the letter will come the 18th. There was a good chance they would get in because they were accepting 800 students and only 450 had turned in their applications.
When they finally got their letters they read something like this::
-We appreciate your application into YY1 but we are saddened to –inform you that YY1 will only have a freshmen class next year.
I find this disappointing, why excite so many high schools and not accept anyone after all. The green school is up to someone, and if anyone can apply next year, I highly recommend they don’t because green is the color of puke, garbage, mean aliens, and disappointment.

I kinda want to touch base on a topic a lot of you have experienced, in both contexts of what I'm going to tell you. Which stands for (in case you are idiots and don’t know) Public Displays of Affection. Let me say, I am in no way against it, I just feel like to a certain degree it pisses people off. And if you want to learn about proper PDA, consult Paulina or Annie (or anyone, stop being such boneheads). Learn from the following mistakes.
At one of many many tables outside during lunch, there is this one couple. Let me add, a very unlikely couple. Their older, and who knows how long they’ve been together. I won’t name names cause I kinda fear for my life right now. But anyways, no matter how long you’ve known someone, there are some standards. And these aren’t even touchy-feely standards, they’re hygiene/behavior/courtesy to the public standards.
So as I mentioned, this is lunch. And what do people do in lunch? They eat. But did you know it was possible to eat and make out at the same time. Okay, it’s totally possible but totally disgusting. Especially if you are eating a sandwich that’s full of mayonnaise.
Now I have this problem where I will eat, but I prefer to not think about what I'm eating. And I hate it when people describe food. And the worst, is loud chewing. Here’s your homework assignment, you can post this:: what are the ingredients, process of making and nutrition facts to mayonnaise.
But this guy proceeds to eat his huge, nasty sandwich (he can’t chew properly either, and eww I feel sick writing about this) and then kiss his girlfriend. Yea, did I mention that there are still food remnants on his mouth as he does this? And his girlfriend doesn’t even care. We (Me, Gabe, and Diamond) now refer to this couple as: Mayonnaise (but usually just the guy when we see him coming, haha). And almost everyday, they do the same. And it’s not always with that repulsive sandwich, but with other foods, like pizza, chicken, and mashed potatoes.
Everyday when Me and Gabe walk up the staircase there is always two specific couples at the top. They respect each other’s territory, maybe they’re friends. One morning (the morning of the reading fcat), only one of the couples was there. There were McDonald’s bags at they’re backpack and yes, they were making out. But instead of making out in their usual spot, they chose a more creative spot. On the door.
So I stood there for a second, Gabi was laughing, but I thought of what to do. I considered tapping them on the shoulder and try not to come across mean as I tell them to move their faces. I also considered more sinister things (sometimes I'm evil) like pouring that milkshake thing they had all over their lips.
I had to think fast, cause I didn’t want to stand there like an idiot watching them make out. But in the end, I did the right thing:: walked through the doorway next to them that Gabe had so graciously opened. They are now referred to as McDonald’s, but we cant point them out in a crowd because we have never seen their faces unattached.
So PDA is cool ,as long as your courteous of others. Respect yourself, you don’t want freshmen snickering at you Everytime the walk by.

i dislike hellos because they mean were one step closer to goodbye
im kinda of confused right now. ive been recently thinking alot about what it means to be conventional. isnt that just when something works correctly, functions properly? and ive been thinking: as much as id like to be, im not a conventional person. and im constantly bringing myself down upon that thought. im really working on that, but the way i am, thats just me. i pretty much tore myself down for the longest time internally then i got bored with that. i then noticed that my blogs not that conventional either. not like annie's, or danny's, or tom's: i had no beginning. was i supposed to have a beginning, do i even care? i dont. but thats the problem. im letting all these people see a smidgen more than what they normally see, this is just an outlet, way more personal then my journals. more personal in the sense that i can make it colorful and sugarcoat things. my journals would be soo much more personal in the sense that its me, and the thoughts set to run across my head. i dont want to come across as some stupid person who writes about crap, i want to come across as me. but am i just some stupid person who writes about crap? i dont know i dont want to be. but i just want to be. corny, deep, sarcastic, slightly annoying, hyper, myself. so as my late blog beginnig/introductory thing: hi, my names jeannie.
so hows that?

I dont know if i wanna tell you you lost some hardcore points or your "man card" but either way...
Yesterday, after auditions I was with some friends after school. It was Me, Gabi, Bernie, Chris, and Manny. They had their guitars and amps and stuff in their hands. We were walking down the stairs. Mannys backpack is what you would call a "messenger" bag (over the shoulder kinda, you get the point.). All of the sudden his backpack gets caught on the other side of the banister. And yea, he still tried to walk. Its kinda like if someone is chained to a tree or something, they can only go too far without being pulled back. Yea, thats what happened to Manny. He apparently held himself suspended in air for a bit and then just fell. And with him fall the amps (i think it was two) he was carrying. So, me and gabi were in front of them, but then we hear this really loud noise. And Bernie and Chris are hysterically laughing. So then me and Gabi are hysterically laughing as well (I think my face almost fell off). At the most convienient time ever, this group of people walked in the door and witnessed us laughing like idiots. Good job.
At my audition yesterday, I realized my tendency to fidget. Its not that I get nervous, its just that I cant sit still. I cant. So yea, I blew that. But other than being slightly ashamed, its all good.
I think Manny's fall made it better.

poor children of the future
Remember back to when you were a child. You’d play in the park, and then go home after getting all dirty from the lovely cat infested sand on the floor. What would you do when you got home from this metaphorical park? What would you do if you were just bored in general? Something associated with your childhood is television, or more fittingly, cartoons. There were many different places to watch cartoons or anything a kid would watch. When Nickelodeon and Disney Channel got boring, where did you turn? No, not Family Guy, but Cartoon Network. There were great shows like Totally Spies; I remember I would “write” new episodes for them in my head (I always envisioned myself as the redhead one). And Teen Titans, me, my sisters, and my next door neighbors would run around in my backyard and fight off invisible panthers (yes, panthers) with our powers. I always had a crush on the monkey guy.
Hmm…childhood cartoon crushes, that reminds me of even more shows. Shows like Pokemon and Yugioh (Did I spell that right?). Ash was always my favorite animated dude ever. And who can forger KND, right? I still own a combating treehouse, in my mind. (Note to self: write list of every single acronym of KND) And doesn’t that lead characters head kinda remind you of Hey Arnold? Maybe they’re long lost brothers or something, that should have been an episode.
But recently cartoons on television have started to suck. Is it just cause I'm older and more mature? Or are the writer’s just idiots who sit at home all day eating ice cream and thinking of more ways to torture children. They torment these children with bad jokes and give them horribly bad senses-of-humor.
This has nothing to do with Cartoon Network or cartoons, but has anyone seen one of the episodes of The Suite Life On Deck? Because if you have, you probably will have just experienced great pain when I mentioned the name of this horrible show. It made me want to take the remote and shove it into my freaking skull. Come on! This show used to be practically decent. Some of it was even funny. But now, their jokes are stupid. But they’re not even jokes; they’re just thing s that they do that are stupid. Do normal 7 year olds laugh at octopuses, or some ditzy (yes, I just said ditzy) chick saying yet another stupid thing about how rich she is? Because if they do, then the writers are doing a good job. But enough of that, Cartoon Network is my attack of choice.
They’ve recently introduced 2 new Cartoon Network shows, Flapjack and Chowder (These are both foods, now I'm hungry). Contrary to The Suite Life On Deck, this “stupid humor” can actually be funny. Who can forget the episode of Flapjack where they went to the Weeeesssttttt? And K’Nuckles is genius. Chowder- I want him. I want to keep him and he will be my squishy, and Ellen will have to suck it up. He is so frigging adorable. Where were these shows when I was a child? Where were these shows a few months ago when poor children were forced to watch Ben 10 and Star Wars: Clone Wars, or any of those other disgusting shows? I have yet to meet a boy around the ages 7-10 without a Ben 10 watch.
My least favorite are those mini shows they play in between the shows. Nacho Bear?!?!? Give me a break. This disgusts me. Or those annoying little boys who make the cheesy little commercials that I always feel like I have seen before. Somewhere else. And that Total Drama Island garbage, nobody enjoys that. My sister recently informed me that they are going to have a second season. And 6teen, ughh.
I guess I'm just mad cause I have grown up and this kind of humor angers me. But Cartoon Network, along with all other formerly respectable children’s channels have lost all of my respect. Will the children of the “Bad TV Generation” grow up to write even more horrible children’ shows. Is this the start of a new chain? Were we the last generation to experience good programming? My point is that Dora the Explorer first started showing up the year after I stopped watching shows like that.

one more day
"Life is made up of different actions ready to be triggered by a word, an action. If Im there to say that word or make that action, then the hurt never happens."- Iris Johanson Pandora's Daughter.
This is really true, when you think about it.
"After another long day, she starts another bored with the way they call her name. Tired of how they stay the same. Too perfect. And shes used to disaster. Even when theres a change, its only for a moment. Its a circle, a cycle. And its not any circle of life. Cause its not as glorious. And the stars dont shine as bright anymore. Like theyre fading with every rotation of our weary-eyed globe. And the colors have been through the machine like three too many times. The lectures have lost her attention. The textures lost their feeling. Amazing how nobody is what they seem, after theyre unmasked. Then confusion takes over, and with it leaves knowladge, passion, and logic. Not even counting the celing tiles puts her to rest. Nothing, just she and her mind, in this together. And she found herself slipping away. Slowly, while they watched and told her they cared. The beauty of a person torn under pressure. What would they say, if put on the spot? What would she say, if they tried to save her."- me

-yea, so typical of us to go on tangents in history. right? soo full of useless information.
-so when someone mentions flanders (it was gabe nd diamonds presentation) the whole class goes crazy. homer simpson crazy that is
-and yes bernie, the baltic coast is by the baltic sea

-we also remember "shiny happy people" (joamna is half cuban half shiny happy)..which are realy the guerillas, but im not about to go into a history lesson.

We Are Slowly Starting to Resemble Them
-I dont know if any of you have realized, but im sure youve all played a little “sport” i call Wii Baseball. Well, have you ever noticed how that little modernized japanese looking charector catches the ball?
-First they stick theyre arms very dramatically out to the left.-Then they catch the ball, looking away from the “camera”
-And finally, the slowly (might i add, creepily) turn their heads toward the “camera”
-Dont you find that weird? And how, may i ask… can the wii charectors be so american looking, but have you ever noticed that they all manage to somehow look a tad japenese? We are slowly being morphed into looking Japanese. We, as stupidheads will start to think that this is the right way to look cause our Wiis tell us it is. Plastic Surgeons everywhere will be extremly greatfull. I may have to invest in this.
-Also, whenever a “guest” comes on to your team they are also japanese looking.
-And nobody can pronounce their names.
-So I think that a manufacturor as smart as the Wii’s would be a little less biased to their guest charectors. That would sell way better. …Ok this has nothing to do with the marketing aspect, but at least I would be a little more satisfied

Throw Me Another Classic:: I Ruin Them All
-We often go off into tangents in my first period reading class. (Is it reading, language arts, lit, or even english… in all my classes i could never tell the difference. whatever.) -
You dont understand. This is a small class and alot of us are close. Even to our teacher. So its comfortable, and you can imagine how the conversations go.
-Dont take that in the wrong way. If our school had a debate team (which we dont, and that makes no sense at all) the whole class would be in it. We all enjoy to voice out opinions and get everyone on our side. So you can imagine how it is when we all have a different point of view on the subject.
-So, our current book is Romeo and Juliet. Yes, Shakesphere for high school kids!!! Like we can understand it.
-Our journal topic was something along the lines of:: Do you think Romeo and Juliet can last even though their families are feuding? And if they can do you think their realationship would be strong?
-Ok so my first response was to explain to everyone in the class that Romeo and Juliet should die because their stupid. Did you know that Juliet was 14. Yea…thats bad. People tried to say “Oh, but they lived shorter lives so our 14 year old is an equivelent to their 9 year old.” Whatever, I dont care. Thats still creepy to imagine. Okay so here are the concepts of Romeo and Juliet::
-They are 14 and 15 -The whole book took place over like a week
-They got married on the 3rd day
-And then, they died -
Once you get past all of the pretty language and stuff, this is basically a book of 2 teenage sluts. Who deserve to die.
-Romeo only met Juliet because he was trying to get over Rosaline. If by one look he can get over the socalled “Love of his life” cant he get over Juliet that easily.
-If she was kissing him after only 2 minutes of talking imagine what she would be doing with any other stranger.
-And I hate to think of what would happen when they would get old. haha
-Past all the pretty language and stuff, this book isnt much. Sorry.
-So I convinced close to everybody in the class that this book is a joke. Better called, Romeo and Juliet: A Tradgedy of Two Sluts
